Karate Trial Class - Confidence, Strength, and Action
Over two exciting mornings, you’ll dive into the diverse world of karate. Here, you’ll learn basic hand and foot techniques and improve your concentration, coordination, and reaction time. You’ll also gain your first experiences with self-assertion and learn how to respond appropriately in different situations.
No prior experience is required—both beginners and advanced participants are welcome.
