Important note about the ticket system:
Tickets for gamescom are strictly personalized this year. This means:

• Registration details: To generate your ticket, we require your full name, date of birth, and email address when you register.
• Your ticket: After we process your request, you’ll receive your personalized ticket digitally as a PDF or for your smartphone wallet.
• Don’t forget your ID: Since the tickets are personalized, you must bring a photo ID (e.g., student ID or national ID card) with you to the venue to verify your ticket and your age for the USK wristbands.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration is binding. In case of early cancellation, the participation fee can only be refunded if a replacement participant is found. For cancellations made later than three days before the trip, a refund is no longer possible.
